List of White Papers

Digital "People's Capitalism" policy is necessarily detailed and nuanced. With limited resources, we are working on periodically updated briefings that condense research with hundreds of technologists, policy experts, community groups and politicians.

Papers are in three categories spanning 15 briefings:

1) Context

Online Markets happened suddenly. They have extraordinary possibilities and merit analysis for economic/social policy.

2) Public Service Obligations

3) Impact of Peoples' Capitalism
